 Access Control
Access control is established by creating Roles that designate specific User Privileges.  The Administrator for the account then adds Users to the Role.  PostgreSQL does the rest.
There are ~ 280 User, Allowable Actions that can be set in virtually any combination. An assigned combination of Actions is called a Role.  You can create as many Roles as you like and add Users at will.
You can add and delete Users and control what they can or cannot do within your Account.  The simple GUI does require thought, but does not require coding.  
This level of User control is essential for any HRCS.  The list below comes with the Base Installation of the HRCS.  Your Administrator will be able to add additional control - or - we can help.  Appropriate Access Control is critical for employee benefit statements, where Team member access should be tailored with an eye to confidentiality.

From your Menu, Select New --> Role.  Name and describe it.  Save & this menu will appear.
 Click to Edit the Role

Select the Privileges you want for this Role.  Use the > < buttons to move the specific Actions.
Assign Users to the Role.  Use the > < buttons to move specific people.
