 Your Account
Choose to Edit your own Personal Details or details for the Account.
Account Details should be restricted to 2 or 3 people (at most).
The options under Account allow you to manage the Account, Users in the Account and also monitor those Users activity.  One option for a User is 'multiuser', useful when you believe anonymity is preferred.  A usage example is an Employee Attitude Survey.
Notes
Select Manage Account.
Using your Menu, mouseover Account.  You will see three options:- Manage Account- Manage Users- Monitor current Users Activity
Brief coverage of each is below.
|--------------------
| -------------------
If you had selected: Manage Users
1  2  3
1 - View User details (read only)
2 - Edit User
3 - Delete User

||||<-------------------
Very similar to Edit Personal Details, but with a twist.
Notice that you can set this particular User as a Multiuser and also, this User (if designated) can have Privleges as the Admin, meaning that this person can do anything within the Account -- without Restriction.
Most likely, you will be this person.  If not, you will need to designate someone that is completely trusted.
If you had selected: Manage Account
If you had selected: Monitor Current Users Activity
If someone says: "I worked on that!", you will be able to check their memory.  A complex project such as employee benefit statements requires monitoring of tasks and their completion.
You can Terminate a User's session at any time.  After Terminating, you can quickly delete the User.  Obviously, this will need to be done if someone Terminates employment -- especially an HR employee with significant Privileges.
Don't be hesitant to solicit advice from your IT Department.  They are the Experts, particularly for Roles.

You can set up multiple Accounts within your HRCS, allowing pinpoint access & control.  We recommend that Employee benefit statements are set up as a separate account.
