1) We do not sell or provide Consultation services for benefits. That's your work & we do not compete.2) We want to be your Sole Source for the difficult, data laden projects described on this site.3) We will only respond to RFP's if we are your Sole Source or a Project minimum of $15,000 is guaranteed to be the low bid. Responding to an RFP can be a 40 hour 'mini-project'. We allocate our time to our customers, not prospects.4) We offer discounts based on volume. You may choose to retain the discount or apply additional charges as desired.5) You may choose to use our services as a 'springboard' for your own services. If so, we can assist by providing printed materials and/or content that can be displayed on your own website.6) We will only provide printed materials if we are guaranteed that they will be mailed to prospects in your market.7) Your time is valuable. So is ours. If you bring us a customer, you won't be bothered with endless Project Details. After an Intro, we handle all of the day to day work through completion.8) Partners with a website will be able to have a PAD file submitted on their behalf to > 200 sites. New, targeted traffic should result.9) If you do not have a website, we can collaborate with you to get one up and running in a hurry. We understand your business.

Software

What is below is greatly simplified.
'Software' for most of us falls into two categories:1) Desktop - Each install is specific for that PC. Additional PC's require additional licenses. It is difficult - and sometimes - impossible for two different PC's to work on the same file, simultaneously. 2) Server - A Server application allows many people to 'use' the application simultaneously. A simple example would be a website. Many thousand's of people can 'work' on the site at the same time.
HR Communications has one Division (Younicycle), which is specifically devoted to Server side software and can be a 'Personalized Content Delivery Platform' built to your specifications.
Younicycle: - can be customized to your needs- does not 'come out of a box' - 'works silently' in the background while you maintain your own identity- can be easily modified- allows you to develop own app - and then - sell that app to the world.
