ACL Manager (SaaS and Younicycle Server) ACL means Access Control List. This is where the Admin controls Roles, Privileges and assigns users. This is where you decide What a User is allowed to do.You need to examine this carefully, because it is very important in a multiuser, collaborative application.
Actions Editor (SaaS and Younicycle Server) A Power Tool for developers that allows them to safely integrate Php into their Solution. If you are a Novice - Php is a scripting language. YTree (SaaS and Younicycle Server)The YTree is a convenient Navigation Tool that is always located on the left side of your browser view. You can navigate to a category of Objects by clicking the Word of the category. You can open the folder for the category by clicking the +. Once it is open, you can navigate directly to the object by clicking its name. If you need more screen space, just click the small blue traingle located just left of the words 'Y-Tree-menu'.

Bookmarks are a simple means of allowing users to Navigate quickly to their most visited Younicycle pages. Bookmarks can be Global - or 'personal' - just for that User.
There are 2 basic types of Bookmarks, Global & User.A Global Bookmark applies to all Users and is visually available to all Users. User Bookmarks are specific to that User and visible only to that User. The method is very similar to the method used 'on the Web'. Simply:1) Navigate to the target page.2) Add to Bookmarks An additional feature is that the StartUp Page can be designated. When a person logs in, they will be greeted by their StartUp page.
Navigate to your Target page ... the one you want to Bookmark. From your Menu, navigate to Bookmarks --> Add to Bookmarks.You will see what is below. Name it & for this example, we'll make it the Startup.

In this example, we set the Bookmark (a Startup) to Apply to All Users.
Click Add
You now have a Global bookmark. Click edit -- let's change the name.

Correct the Name & Click Change.
The next time a User logs in, they will be greeted with the new StartUp page. This is our choice for this Site as only 2 people are creating content (logging in).
If a User moves around in Younicycle & would like to get back to their Startup page, they can use the Bookmark.
It is recommended that you do NOT allow all Users to create Global Bookmarks. This Privilege should only be given to you - and/or the Administrator.Remember -- this is controlled by creating an appropriate Role. An Employee benefit statements project may have 30 or more Bookmarks within the Account, with only the relevant Bookmarks appearing for each HR Team Member, depending on their assigned tasks.
