NOTES:
Your HRCS is designed to provide a cohesive system where all 'objects' work together; same time & place.Nevertheless, there may be occasions where you would like to get content 'out' of the system, perhaps for other Departments or Vendors.  HTML is an example.
Your HRCS has a very powerful means of creating vivid Applications & Sites that are powered 'internally'.  HTML is a 'lesser cousin' of these features, but may prove helpful.HTML is created via a 1-click feature within Templates.  A by-product is that any object you Draw on a Template, such as a line, rectangle, oval or bezier drawing -- is ALSO created as a GIF.  These GIFs become available from within the HRCS to be used on other Templates, Applications or Websites.
The HTML is created - and then zipped on the server.  You can then Download the zip, unpack it and View locally (not on the web) and/or send the zipped file to a Vendor or another Department.  Look at the sequence below.
HTML allows you to 'share' specific info without requiring collaboration (new users, login, etc).  The simple image creation function is a bonus. This Image creation feature will be greatly expanded in the next version of the HRCS (Fall 2009).
Open your Template that represents your desired HTML report.  Note you can also create a pdf from this same Template.
