A common misconception is that Download speed = Upload speed. Though this may be true, usually there is a big difference. Download speed may be a burst of 3 megs per second, usually for less than 1 second. Then, a large file will begin to download at 400 kbs. An UPLOAD may begin - and stay - at as little as 30 kbs. If you purchase the HR CS for your local server, the difference between upload and download speed may be identical - and - much quicker than via the web.
