Our prices for employee benefit statements have not changed in 20 years.
A Glimpse of the Past:HR Communications began with a single MacIntosh computer & laser printer. The Mac had a 20 megabyte hard drive, 1 meg of RAM a single processor of 8 Mhz along with a 14" monitor. Cost? $2,800. The printer was B & W, with a rated speed of 4 PPM. Simplex only (1 sided). $3,000.
That same $5,800 would now buy a PC or Mac that was 1,000 x faster, 1,000 x bigger drive & a printer that will yield full color duplex at 16 PPM.
We aren't 1,000 x smarter, but we are definitely 10x more efficient and we strive for 11 every day.
Maybe we're old-fashioned, but there is no possible justification for raising our prices. It would be unethical.
But ...
If we do provide a full service quote, that is the quote & is our bottom line.
That price will be fair & nearly all are pleasantly surprised. Full service includes Younicycle.
Small business ... or tight budget
There was a day when it was impossible for us to provide service to a small business of 20, 50 or 150 people at what we considered to be a reasonable price.
This bothered us. After all, we are a small business.
If you are a small business or a mid to large business with a tight budget, we can still help you fulfill your needs. It's just a matter of your group leaning more in the direction of DIY. A bit less full service, a bit more DIY.
