We develop alternative, personalized Targets.
You give us data: birth dates, wages, current retirement plan info & SPDs. We mutually designate replacement ratios. We crunch #'s. Lots of them.
One of the numbers we crunch is Social Security retirement, using current wage & DOB. Other Non plan assets and/or Social Security retirement (based on the SS annual statement) can be addressed with a supplemental, web or intranet employee worksheet. This allows employees to enhance and 'tweak'.
Retirement saving requires an alert driver that:- knows the final destination, the target- knows if their current path is 'on track'- understands the 'rules of the road'.- is able to adjust based on current conditions. John/Jane Doe would never pass Driver's Ed.How about your employees?
