Step #3
A View is the visual result of a Query.Whenever you look at a View, the Query has been run -> then the View is presented, similar to a 'temporary Table'.  A View can be useful because it can be Joined to other Tables and used as part of a New Query.
Creating a New View is very simple and does not require a lengthy discussion.A View is a special type of Query that creates a temporary Table of the Query results.  Since it acts as a Table, you are allowed to Query a View, meaning that you can essentially Query multiple Queries + multiple Tables within a single query.
This technique is used frequently within projects such as Employee Benefit Statements where recombining information is essential.
From your MENU, select NEW ... VIEW.
Give your View a name, a description, designate a Folder and most importantly, designate the 'base Query'
Click Create.  That's it, you're done.
